All instock products will ship in 2-4 business days.  For custom or preorder wigs the shipping time will be listed on the product page and/or discussed with you prior to purchasing.

Please note, your shipping time you choose at checkout only applies to the shipping speed of your order and is not guaranteed with the shipping companies. The turnaround time listed on your item is still the same no matter what shipping speed you choose.

All orders ship via USPS, UPS or FEDEX from Massachusetts.

At The Wig Fox, every piece is handcrafted with care and precision. We take pride in maintaining strict quality and hygiene standards, so all returns must meet the following conditions.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must:

• Be unworn, uncut, and unaltered (trying on is okay!)
• Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories
• Be postmarked within 5 days of delivery (Day 1 = delivery date)
  

Items that show signs of wear, product residue, or have cut lace cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return

Email thewigfox@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and indicate whether you prefer store credit or a refund.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.

Store Credit (Recommended)

• No restock fee
• Never expires
• Issued via e-gift card

Refund to Original Payment Method

• 15% restocking fee applies
• Processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable

Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Wigs or toppers with cut lace, trimmed knots, or altered hair
• Hair care products, wig grips, or wig caps
  
• Discounted or marked “Final Sale” items
  
• Resale or secondhand purchases
  

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs or import fees.

Refund amounts may vary depending on currency exchange rates at the time of processing.

Shipping Responsibility

All packages are insured at full value once shipped.

The Wig Fox is not responsible for:

• Delays or handling errors by shipping carriers
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  

Cancellations

Stock Orders: Subject to a 10% cancellation fee if canceled before processing

Exchanges: No fee if initiated before shipment

The Wig Fox reserves the right to cancel any order that violates our terms or policies.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed, all communication must take place through the payment provider’s resolution center.

Once the provider issues a decision, it is final and binding:

• If the bank rules in your favor, the product must be returned in unused condition.
  
• If the bank rules in our favor, no further refunds or credits will be issued.
  

Accounts that misuse chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.

We always encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a dispute — most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly.
