We’re delighted to offer complimentary express shipping (3–5 business days) on all in-stock wig orders shipping from the USA to addresses within the USA and Canada. While customs delays are uncommon, they may occasionally occur. Orders are not shipped on U.S. national holidays, so please allow for a one-day delay during those times.

Important for Canada: Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by The Wig Fox.

International Shipping (outside the USA & Canada): We offer flat-rate international shipping of $85. Please note that any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

All shipping timeframes are estimated. Occasionally, delays may occur beyond our control and are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Custom & Pre-Order Items

For pre-order items, please allow up to 2 extra weeks for shipping beyond standard processing times. In many cases, items ship sooner. Any specific timelines or shipping details for custom orders will be discussed at the time of purchase to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Proper fit begins with accurate measurements. Each wig listing includes sizing information and a measuring guide to help you select the most appropriate cap size. Because head shape and cap construction can vary, fit may feel different from one style to another.

While we encourage careful measuring prior to purchase, minor fit adjustments may occasionally be needed. If your wig feels loose, snug, or requires lace or fit adjustments, please contact us.

The Wig Fox offers adjustment and repair services for wigs purchased from The Wig Fox, and we’re happy to discuss available options to help achieve a comfortable, secure fit.

Please note that cap fit and lace placement may vary slightly based on individual head shape and cap style.

At The Wig Fox, we want you to feel confident and fabulous in every piece you purchase. If your wig isn’t exactly what you hoped for, you have 3 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. If the third day falls on a Sunday, simply email us by that day to request an extension — giving you until Monday to ship. Once we receive your item, refunds are typically processed within 1 week.

Return Guidelines

• Condition: Wigs must be returned in their original state — lace intact, hair unwashed, heat-free, and all packaging included.

Refund & Exchange Options

• Standard Refund: A restock fee applies (USA/Canada: $50 flat; International: 10% of order value).

• Store Credit / Gift Card: No restock fee.

• Exchange:

  • First exchange: No restock fee; TWF covers shipping of replacement piece to customer.

  • Subsequent exchanges: $30 restock fee plus the customer covers shipping both ways.

  • International exchanges including Canada: May incur additional shipping or customs fees — please email us for guidance.

Shipping paid at checkout is non-refundable.

Final Sale Items: All sale, last chance, and custom orders are final and cannot be returned.

Cancellations: Orders can rarely be canceled. If canceled before shipment, a 5% cancellation fee applies. Orders already shipped follow our normal returns/exchanges policy.

Defective or Incorrect Items: Email us within the 3-day window with detailed photos. If verified, we will cover return shipping and repair or replace your item. Verified defects are exempt from restock fees.
