Returns & Exchanges
At The Wig Fox, we want you to feel confident and fabulous in every piece you purchase. If your wig isn’t exactly what you hoped for, you have 3 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. If the third day falls on a Sunday, simply email us by that day to request an extension — giving you until Monday to ship. Once we receive your item, refunds are typically processed within 1 week.
Return Guidelines
Condition: Wigs must be returned in their original state — lace intact, hair unwashed, heat-free, and all packaging included.
Refund & Exchange Options
Standard Refund: A restock fee applies (USA/Canada: $50 flat; International: 10% of order value).
Store Credit / Gift Card: No restock fee.
Exchange:
First exchange: No restock fee; TWF covers shipping of replacement piece to customer.
Subsequent exchanges: $30 restock fee plus the customer covers shipping both ways.
International exchanges(including Canada): May incur additional shipping or customs fees — please email us for guidance.
Shipping paid at checkout is non-refundable.
Final Sale Items: All sale, last chance, and custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
Cancellations: Orders can rarely be canceled. If canceled before shipment, a 5% cancellation fee applies. Orders already shipped follow our normal returns/exchanges policy.
Defective or Incorrect Items: Email us within the 3-day window with detailed photos. If verified, we will cover return shipping and repair or replace your item. Verified defects are exempt from restock fees.
